Citarella Gourmet Market & Wine Store

20 Hudson Yards, NYC

Another location of a family-run gourmet market chain and features the very best of Citarella with several offerings which are only available Hudson Yards.

Market design included 8 kitchen exhaust hoods with air pollution control unit for discharge at exterior louvers; multiple transformers; demand controlled ventilation integrated with base building’s central control system to provide optimum amount of fresh air based on carbon dioxide concentration while maintaining pressure difference between restaurant and the mall.

Belcampo Restaurant

The renowned organic meat company established a flagship signature restaurant and retail concept, at the Hudson Yards, representing their first location outside of California. Offering their globally-inspired menu filled with the best of what their organic farm has to offer.

Saks Fifth Avenue – L’Avenue Restaurant

611 Fifth Avenue, NYC

Only other location of the famous Parisian eatery. L’Avenue brings the Parisian dining experience to the Saks Fifth Avenue flagship store.

The restaurant spans two floors, with a French art deco-inspired dining room and Le Chalet (a bar and lounge), and offers patrons views of St. Patrick’s Cathedral and 30 Rock.

Design of new high density kitchen serving the restaurant on the 9th Floor and bar/lounge on the 8th Floor, with an outdoor terrace.

New monumental stair connects two spaces together for an unforgettable experience and transition between dining and bar areas.

New VAV rooftop units and VRF systems were designed to support independent operation of kitchen and restaurants from the rest of the store.

Total – 18,000 sq. ft.
